Here is a difficult-to-resist white chocolate bread pudding recipe that you can easily prepare at home and earn lots of praise for your dessert-making skills. This bread pudding pain chocolat

What you will need:

– Heavy whipping cream – 6 cups

– Milk (don’t use low fat or non-fat) – 2 cups

– White sugar – 1 cup

– White chocolate (cut in cubes or grated) – 2 1/2 cups

– Eggs – 4

– Egg yolks – 15

– Leftover French bread loaf – 1

– Grated cinnamon – 1 teaspoon

Ganache ingredients:

– Heavy whipping cream – 1/2 cup

– White chocolate chips – 1 cup

– Grated dark chocolate – 1/4 cup

Method:

– Preheat the oven to 275F.

– Remove the sides of the bread and cut it in cubes.

– Place the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake them for 15 minutes to lightly toast them.

– Remove from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 350F.

– In a heavy bottomed saucepan, pour the cream and milk and add the sugar and cinnamon.

– Bring the mix to the boil and let it simmer for two minutes.

– Remove from the heat and add the chocolate pieces to it. Let the chocolate melt completely and stir in to get a smooth mix.

– In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and egg yolks.
